Annoucement 3/16/20:
COVID19 has every resident on edge, and health care coverage is the one thing we don't want any person to be concerned with. Effective immediately, our firm will incorporate the following actions to ensure COBRA subscribers are not adversely impacted by any disruption that may occur with services:

  1. Current COBRA Enrollee: We will NOT terminate any person's COBRA during the month of March for non payment of premium. For example, your March 2020 premium is due by March 31. We will extend the premium due date to April 30, 2020. If the CDC guidelines change, we will also update our processes.
  2. New COBRA Enrollee: Any person electing coverage may email their completed form to mtovar@agsieben.com who will respond within 48 hours of the next steps. Next steps will be to provide confirmation of coverage reinstatement, premium due amount, etc.

Life Insurance Conversion Requests: Please email all requests to convert your Life and/or Disability coverage to mmacdonald@agsieben.com who will respond within 48 hours of the next steps. All conversion forms will be sent via email and paper mail, and the applicable vendors will receive weekly files on all those who requested to convert within the deadline period. If you run into any problems with the conversion during this epidemic, please contact mmacdonald@agsieben.com who will work with you and the insurance carrier.

Disability/Death Claims: Until April 30, 2020, we will accept scanned copies of all signed documents, legal documents, including death certificates. This is on a good-faith basis with the insurance carriers that we will obtain the original documents once the epidemic passes.

As CDC guidelines change and states enact their own guidelines, we will try our best to ensure we continue to provide you with the highest possible service available.
